Base Currency

All fees and prices arein UAE Dirhams (AED). You might see prices/fees in your local currency based onstandard currency exchange.


Changing of Prices
Site prices are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary dueto a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that arenot in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during itspromotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those itemschange with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be informed and willhave the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update pricesdisplayed on the site from time to time and once updated, they cannot beclaimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.


Typographical Errors
We strive for accuracy in all item’s descriptions, photographs, compatibilityreferences, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any otherproduct-related information contained herein or referenced on our Site. Placing an Order
Placing an order can be done from the site should you place the order from thesite, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. We suggestCustomers to proof-read the order form several times before validating theorder. We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mailaddress nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form isincorrectly filled-out.


Order Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, providedthe items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Wedo not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends andholidays.


Order Acceptance Policy

Mattajir.net or its associated partners andemployees cannot be held responsible in such a scenario or circumstance.


We reserve the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a customer whohas not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigiousdispute is in progress. We also reserve the right to take any necessary stepsincluding legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.


Invoice
The order form filled out online by the customer cannot be considered as aninvoice. Regardless of the purchase or payment methods, the customer receivesan invoice inside his/her parcel when it is delivered. A digital copy of eachinvoice is registered in our secure and encrypted database.


Security
We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of any paymentdetails included in your order, nevertheless, barring direct negligence on ourpart, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result ofunauthorized access to information you may provide. Disputes
If any dispute, claim, controversy or difference (including in relation to anytortuous or statutory claim) ("Dispute") arises out of or inconnection with or in relation to this user agreement, including (withoutlimitation)any question regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance,interpretation, validity or termination of this user agreement or this clause, orany question regarding the legal relationships established by this useragreement or the consequences of its nullity, then the parties shall firstattempt amicably to settle the dispute through good-faith negotiations over aperiod of thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date that a party firstsends to the other party a written notice of the dispute. 

In the event that adispute has not been settled amicably by the relevant parties by the end ofsuch thirty (30) calendar day-period, the parties hereby agree that the disputeshall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration asset outbelow, under the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Financial Centreor London Court of International Arbitration ("LCIA"), whichrules("Rules") are deemed to be in corporate by reference into thisclause.

The number ofarbitrators shall be one. The parties to the arbitration shall seek to agree ona sole arbitrator to be nominated to the LCIA court for appointment. If theparties to the arbitration fail to nominate a sole arbitrator within 30 daysfrom the date of the service of the request upon the respondent (or suchgreater or lesser period as may be fixed by the LCIA Court), the solearbitrator shall be appointed by the LCIA Court. The seat or legal place of thearbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, UAE.

The arbitrationproceedings shall be conducted in Arabic or English language and the awardshall be in Arabic or English. The foregoing provisions of this clause arewithout prejudice to the right of EP (Mattajir.net) to seek interim relief atany time from any court of competent jurisdiction (whether or not an arbitralor has been appointed) and Mattajir.net shall not be deemed to have breachedthis arbitration agreement or infringed the powers of the arbitrator for havingdone so.

Feedback
You may have the opportunity to provide reviews, suggestions, ideas, andfeedback, (hereinafter, collectively, “Feedback.”) Should you so provide such feedbackyou grant us sole ownership of the same, which includes without limitation theright for us or any third party we designate, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt,publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivativeworks of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt(including withoutlimitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile,digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media nowknown or here in after developed. All such feedback shall be treated asnon-confidential. 

If it is determined thatyou retain moral rights (including rights of attribution or integrity) in thecontent submitted by you, you hereby declare that:

A. You do not requirethat any personally identifying information be used in connection with thecontent, or any derivative works of or upgrades or updates.

B. You have no objectionto the publication, use, modification, deletion and exploitation of the contentby us or our licensees, successors and assigns.

C. You forever waive andagree not to claim or assert any entitlement to any and all moral rights of anauthor in any of the content

D. You forever releaseus, and our licensees, successors and assigns, from any claims that you couldotherwise assert against us by virtue of any such moral rights. You also permitany other user to access, view, and store or reproduce the content for thatuser’s personal use.

We reserve the right tomodify or delete your feedback, if it contains the content against Mattjir.netor its affiliated business partners. You also agree not to use any pseudo nameor fake identity to post feedback. We will delete feedback from pseudo accountsand might take legal action against the feedback poster.

Notwithstanding theforegoing, you acknowledge that your feedback may contain concepts, ideas,materials, proposals, suggestions and the like relating to site or itsinitiatives, (hereinafter your “Ideas.”) With respect to your Ideas youacknowledge that: 

A. We receive numeroussubmissions from many parties and/or may have independently developed and/orconsidered ideas similar to your Ideas, and that our review of your Ideas isnot an admission of novelty, priority or originality.

Mattajir.net shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim oraction in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relatingto the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Mattajir.net shallnot be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, orformal function, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss ordamage to exemplary damages, whether or not Mattajir.net has been made aware ofthe possibility of such claims or damages.

If you are dissatisfiedwith the site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy isto discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use ofthe site and its services as a result of your negligent actor omissionwould result in irreparable injury to Mattajir.net and we shall treat any suchunauthorized use as subject to the Terms.

Products deemed to be super-saversor highly discounted by the company might be limited by quantity per order andcompany reserve the right to alter ordered quantity for such products and orcancel the order with or without consent of the customer.

We reserve the right tocancel any unpaid order under any circumstances without any owed liabilitytowards customer or otherwise, in-case of paid order we still reserve thisright as long as paid amount is returned in full.


Intellectual Property
All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audioclips, video, data, music, software, and other material(collectively "Content")is owned or licensed property of El Gaysoni Portal (Mattajir.net) or itssuppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, orother proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of allcontent on the site are the exclusive property of Mattajir.net. We and oursuppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights inall Content.


Governing Law
This user agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. Thisclause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this user agreement for anyreason.


Updates
We may from time to time modify or change the Terms. The revised terms willgovern your future use of our Site, so we strongly suggest that you visit andreview our Terms periodically. Each version is specifically dated. If you donot agree to the revised version, you must immediately stop using our Site.


WARRANTY POLICY
All warranty periods indicated are from Mattajir.net, unless otherwise noted, andare limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturerwarranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may belonger than the warranty period covered by Mattajir.net. Please refer to themanufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.


Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product formanufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the productfrom misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Mattajir.net warrant anyproduct for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.


Claimable Product(s)
Product(s) can be claimed for warranty based on the following conditions:

Product(s) should not be in used condition and should not show that it waspreviously used.
Save the original seal.

No software should be installed or deleted.

No unauthorized software should be installed.

Product(s) should have the complete original packaging (if product was sold inoriginal packaging).
Saved accessories, consumables included with the Product(s), components,labels, accompanying documentation and software, and etc.

Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered ifreported at the time of delivery.


Un-claimable Product(s):
Product(s) that cannot be claimed for warranty based on the followingconditions:


Non-warranty products (refer to Quick and Hassle-free warranty).


Cables wires, cords cables which are released by the meter CD, Cartridges, orany Consumable product.


Product(s)which are refurbished or sold with a special super low price (Markeddown products, flash sales, seasons sales, special offers, today deals, openbox, daily deals or any other product(s) which
have been sold with discount)


Hygiene and personal care Product(s) that include but not limited to; wax,perfumes, cosmetics, and etc.

Physically damagedProduct(s)


Missing or incomplete Product(s)


Free-size or multi-color product(s) cannot be claimed. (product(s) listed onthe site as multi-color,
free-size, assorted color, assorted design, etc. are items on which size/colorcannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.


Product(s)accessories (only main item can be claimed for warranty)


Refund Policy

To claim for a Refund, please check if the purchased Product(s) fall under thewarranty as per the warranty policy. If the Product(s) fall under warranty, thenyou can claim for refund based on the following conditions: 

Physically damagedand/or missing product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the timeof delivery.

Amount of the Refundonly covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.

Shipping and paymentprocessing charges are non-refundable


If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, theamount will be deducted as well.


Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the timeof order generation.


Mattajir.net reserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of coupon asand when it deems fit.

(Service) Refunds will be done only through the "Original Mode ofPayment" 

(For Products) We acceptreturns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not beenopened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us andreturn the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavorto send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns ofproducts that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in theoriginal packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your productsback to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if theproduct has been used or tampered with. Shipping& Handling fees arenon-refundable.

4. Inspection Process: After receiving the Product(s), it is sent forinspection:

A. Approved: If theProduct(s) is found faulty as per the policy then the refund process will beinitiated.
B. Not Approved: For Product(s) not faulty and claimed due to the product(s)notbeing as per expectations, pickup charges of (AED 50) are applicable.


Return Policy

To claim for a Return, please check if the purchased Product(s) falls under thewarranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) is under warranty, thenyou can claim for Return based on the following conditions. 

 

(For Products) We acceptreturns within 7 days of receipt.
        
     - Only if their delivery packaging has not been opened orthe products are damaged or wrong product.
     - Please notify us and return the box in its originalpackaging. 

In such instances, wewill endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. 

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, aresealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met,please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and wewill issue a full refund. 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if theproduct has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees arenon-refundable.

If a coupon, discount,or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted aswell.

B. Outside UAE: Customer will have to return the Product(s) athis/her own expense to EP (Mattajir.net) Service Center at P.O. Box: 182682,Dubai, UAE


4.Inspection Process: After receiving the Product(s), it is sent forinspection:

1- Approved: If the Product(s) is found faulty as per the policy then returnwill only be made via coupons that can be used to order again the same, similaror any other product(s)of your choice. Please refer to the coupon usage policy.
2- Not Approved: For Product(s) not faulty and claimed due to the product(s)notbeing as per expectations, will be returned back to the customer.


Repair Policy
To claim for a Repair, please check if the purchased Product(s)fall under thewarranty as per the Warranty Policy. If the Product(s) is under warranty, thenyou can claim for Product(s) Repair based on the following conditions:

Physically damagedand/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the timeof delivery.

Mattajir.net reserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of couponinstead of repairing the product(s) as and when it deems fit.

Mattajir.net can facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturerfor retail product(s),but will not cover any expenses incurred for warrantyservice.

Mattajir.net is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer orsupplier, please read your product warranty information carefully beforecontacting us.


Repair Process
If the Product(s) is qualified for the repair, then please follow the belowprocess to claim for a Repair:

1. Raise a Complaint:Use this guide to raise a complaint and save complaint number for futurereference.

2. Review: Our supportteam will review the case and approve it, if qualified.

3. Pickup Process: Oncethe complaint is approved, the product picks up process will start.

A. Within UAE:The product(s) will be picked up by our delivery team for UAE customers
1- There will be no pickup charges if claim has been raised within 3 days ofthe delivery
2- Pickup charges of AED 50 will be applicable if the claim is made after 3days of delivery

B. Outside UAE:Customer will have to return the Product(s) at his/her own expense to EP(Mattajir.net) Service Center at P.O. Box: 182682, Dubai, UAE


4.Inspection Process: After receiving the product(s), it is sent forinspection:
A. Approved: If the product(s) is determined to be defective and it is coveredby our warranty policy, customer will be informed, and the product(s) will beshipped out as soon as possible when it is ready. For any defectiveproduct(s)you will have to wait an estimated 3~8 weeks until Mattajir.net getsare placement or repaired product(s) back from the manufacturer or supplier.
B. Not Approved: For product(s) not faulty and claimed due to the product(s)notbeing as per expectations, will be returned to the customer.


Delivery/Shipping Policy

(For Products)

We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be doneby a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 2 – 3 working days and from 4 to 10working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED:20 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout pagedepending on the country and location. To Avoid any delivery delay you mustprovide your correct full address along with your contact details.


Quick and Hassle-free Warranty
Products with no specific warranty period are deemed as non-warranty items andcomplaint needs to be filed within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Claims to be acceptedbased on the following conditions:

-     Product(s)should not be in used condition and should not show that it was previously used

-     Savethe original seal.

-     NoSoftware should be installed or deleted.

-     Product(s)hasthe complete original packaging (if product was sold in original packaging).

-     Savedaccessories, consumables included with the Product(s), components, labels,accompanying documentation and software, etc. and their packaging is notdamaged.

-     Physicallydamaged and/or missing product(s) cases will only be considered if reported atthe time of delivery.

-     Mattajir.netreserves the right to compensate the claim in terms of coupon instead ofservicing the item as and when it deems fit.

-     Foritems not faulty and claimed due to the item not being as per expectations,pickup charges of (AED 50) and re-stocking fees (15% of product value) areapplicable.

-   Free-sizeor Multi color product(s) cannot be claimed for exchange/return. (Productlisted on the site as multi-color, free-size, assorted color, assorted design,etc. are items on which size/color cannot be guaranteed and is subject toavailability.)
